The Turning Point
This work started for me during my Saturn Return, around 29.
It was heartbreak I couldn't mend on my own. A memory surfaced of ending my own life in a past one, unable to carry the loss of my wife. No meditation, no amount of trying, could shift it. Not for eight or nine months.
Then I was guided to Moira, the founder of Pure Heart Centre. Three sessions with her, one after another, and something in me transmuted. I started to understand emotions differently, and just how powerful pure awareness is in actually transmuting them, not suppressing them, not venting them, simply staying present with what's there until it moves on its own. I've trained and worked alongside Moira ever since.
Finding My Dharma
From there I was guided toward astrology and sound as my dharma this lifetime. I spent five years just practicing, and started teaching when people began asking me to.
For years, I facilitated exclusively from within the EESystem and The Light System, and was the first practitioner in Australia to combine scalar field technology with sound. I'm deeply grateful for that chapter and everything it taught me about frequency and the body, even as my work has grown beyond it.
Before This Life
Before any of this, I trained classically in piano from the age of three, and later played piano for the Royal Academy of Dance. My PhD is in Economics Research. Since the early 2020s, that same instinct for pattern has turned toward biophotonics, frequency technologies, molecular hydrogen, quantum wellness and neuroacoustics, alongside the work of researchers like Dr Jack Kruse.
What first pulled me toward Kruse's work was mitochondria, the tiny structures inside every cell that produce the energy we actually run on. That interest in cellular energy has stayed with me ever since, entirely self-directed study rather than a clinical qualification, and it still shapes how I think about the nervous system today: as a system that needs real, felt energy to regulate, not just calm. It's part of what makes my approach a little different from a standard sound bath.
Research & Credentials
Drop into stillness.
Settle the static.
Restore your rhythm.
What I Believe
There's a kind of triangle inside all of us: the mind, the heart, and a third point most people never learn to find, pure awareness. It's the part of you that can feel everything fully without being swallowed by any of it. This is what I keep coming back to in my own life, and writing.
Osho and Adyashanti both point to the same truth in different words: you are not your thoughts, and you are not your feelings either. You are the awareness holding them. That's the place I try to hold for the people I work with, and the place I keep returning to myself.
Who I Work With Now
I've been facilitating sessions since the early 2020s. The people who find me usually carry the same thing: a nervous system that's been running in overdrive for far too long.
They're usually ready, though. Ready to let go of control, of struggling, and let something larger move through them again.
Daily Practice
These days I also think a lot about daily spiritual hygiene, the small, ordinary things that keep you clear between sessions. I'm slowly building a small range of affordable tools I actually use and recommend myself, tuning forks, gongs, singing bowls, and a few technologies I trust, so you have support beyond just seeing me.
Teaching
Alongside private sessions, I teach my own sound healing course, and co-teach both a 12-month Practitioner Training program and separate CPD accredited trainings, with Moira at Pure Heart Centre. You can find out more here.
